Poll Question for tonight's Show !!
What is the most important tangible for a Leader and Leadership

Tonight's special guest is Pat Williams an award winning Leadership author and Sr VP of the Orlando   Magic.

Please share your thoughts and Comments on what you feel is the most important tangible in LEADERSHIP.

Please share your comments here...they will be read on the SHOW tonight

  1. The most important is integrity. Without it, you are nothing, to yourself or anyone else. Leading without integrity is akin steering a car at 250 mph with your knees while texting - you've lied to yourself that you can do it and fooled others into trusting that you can do it, but ultimately you'll suffer a horrific crash. Leadership is about learning, doing, perfecting, and continual improvement of self; tack on service to others by teaching them about learning, doing, perfecting, and continual improvement of self and you begin the initial tenets of leadership with integrity. Anyone who is defined as (and certainly self-defined as) a perfect leader is living a lie. The perfect leader is the most humble and service-oriented ... and who admits they can still get better at it every day. There is no pinnacle to leadership - simply a continual climb, learning from each step along the way and helping their fellow man along the same paths.

  2. The number one quality in a leader is the capability to lead by example.
